Production Flow

Material cutting

Wooden materials such as lumbers, MDF, Plywood will be cut into sizes and get ready to laminated strips/boards or profiled products.

Profiling

Profiling is one of the most important steps in woodworking. Both housing materials and furniture need accurate profiling parts for beautiful final products. This step will enable the products to have different grooves, edges, joints, shapes, etc.

Assembling/Jointing

With many different types of wood joint such as butt joint, mitered joint, half-lap joint, mortise and tenon joint, dowel joint, dovetail joint, half-blind dovetail joint, jointing with linking parts.

Coating

The coating process would be the final step of the manufacturing process which can give final products a desirable surface. Additionally, coating can enhance appearance and increase resistance to moisture and other problems resulted from natural character.

Knockdown

we are confident that we have full ability to produce knock-down furniture. With sophisticated profiling system, we can assure high quality and accurate knockdown products.
